At AF Premium, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality artificial jewelry and raw materials. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Tags, labels, and invoice must be intact
Return is only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items sent by us

3. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-made or personalized jewelry
Items purchased during sale or promotion
Raw materials once opened or used
Products damaged due to mishandling by the customer

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

Include your order number and reason for return
We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
Once the product is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status

Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (within 5–7 working days)
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via UPI or bank transfer
